EdFuture and Rachael Mann (“we,” “us”) operate this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, including:
- Name, email, phone number, and message when you use a contact or speaking-invite form
- Order and billing details if you purchase a book or other item through the shop
- Technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and cookies needed for the site to work (for example, a shopping cart)
We do not require an account to browse the site. If you create a shop account, we store the details you provide for that account.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, improve the site, and send follow-up related to a request you made. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the site and complete a request:
- Hosting and site software (including WordPress, Visual Composer, and WPForms)
- Payment processing for shop orders (WooCommerce and Square)
- Email delivery for form notifications and order messages
- Third-party services you choose to use from the site, such as YouTube videos, Wakelet collections, or Amazon product pages
Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for WordPress, forms, and (if you shop) cart and checkout. We do not currently run a separate advertising or analytics pixel on the public pages. Your browser can block or delete cookies; some features, including checkout, may not work without them.
How long we keep information
Form submissions and order records are kept as long as needed to respond, fulfill a purchase, and meet tax or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Children
This site is intended for educators, event organizers, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
